TIME: 9:00am – 2:30pm, waves starting every 30 minutes.

LOCATION: Start and Finish at Riverside Restaurant on the banks of the New River

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Run the Gauntlet is an intense, primarily off-road test of endurance, agility, and grit.  The 4.3 mile course incorporates 8 man-made obstacles, numerous creek crossings, primitive logging roads, fields, and extreme terrain challenges.

WHO SHOULD RUN THE GAUNTLET? Athletes of a variety of fitness, ability and competitive intensity can Run The Gauntlet.  At the minimum, athletes should be able to run 4 miles and be prepared for a challenging, rewarding, and fun time.  Inevitably, the finish results will be determined by endurance, agility, grit, and competitive intensity.  Even the most fit…expect to walk.
